How do I access my membership?

After your payment has been successfully processed you will receive a user name and password directly to the email address supplied during the check out process. After you have logged in, you will be directed to the members only area.

Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds for digital products or access to the private members area (membership).

I didn’t receive my login details.

There are a few reasons why you may not receive your login details.

  1. Your login details were sent to your SPAM or JUNK mail folders. Please check these before contacting us.
  2. Login details are generally sent immediately however please allow up to 24 hours for your login details to be sent.
  3. You provided the incorrect email address during the checkout process. If you think this has happened to you, please contact us by clicking here and we will manually set up your private members area access.

 

Are my credit card details safe?

This website uses SSL encryption to ensure your credit card details remain safe. You can see this in the web browser where it states https://jetsplayjets.com. Our payment merchants also capture this information securely.

How do I change my password and user details?

You can easily change your user details, including your password by clicking on the ‘account’ tab in the private members top navigation bar.

Can I view my training on my mobile device?

Absolutely. As long as you are connected to the internet using a smart device. These include apple and android devices (phones or tablets).

Do I have to be connected to internet to view the Unpicked membership?

Yes. The Unpicked series provided by Jets Play Jets is hosted online. This means that you can view anywhere, at any time, as long as your device is connected to the internet.

The videos are not showing. How do I fix this?

The most common reason that a video may not show is due to the configuration of your internet browser. This can be easily fixed by updating your settings to allow adobe flash player. Issues may also occur after a browser update.

I forgot my password?

To re-set your password please visit the login page. You will need to know your user name or email address to be able to re-set your password.
